So it's possible that while you're getting a positive OPK, you may not actually be ovulating when you think you are. BBT is more "accurate" in that it is the only of the two that will actually confirm that you've ovulated. Unfortunately, it only tells you after the fact. It is possible to get a +OPK and not ovulate, which is why OPKs are not always accurate. I would recommend using both--Use OPKs until you get a +, then have sex every day (if possible) until ...
