Titan-EX is really the hardest of the 3 EX primals but Ifrit is the last one to unlock, so I'm guessing if there are differences in the drop rate, the rate would increase more for later primals in the chain. On about 40 Garuda runs, no nightmare. On about 30 Titan runs, no nightmare. I wouldn't say it's increased. Pony drop rate is about 20-25% on average from what we've experienced.
