I also suffer from Generalized Anxiety & OCD and recently started Effexor XR earlier this week, 37.5 MG. I have a chronic issue of going on a medication and quitting before getting past the "hell" stage or not starting the medication at all due to anxiety brought on by reading the side effects and others bad reactions..
